i was re-reading Ender's Game for probably the 10th time the other day, when i came a cross a name referance mistake that i had never seen before.

quote:
In the distance, in the dim light, he could see the enemy door, their lighted flash suits already pouring out. Ender knew a moment's pleasure. Everyone had learned the wrong lesson from Bonzo's misuse of Ender Wiggin. They all dumped through the door immediately, so that there was no chance to do anything other than name the formation they would use.
pg 177 paperback edition, Dragon Army's first battle against Condor.

The mistake is ' Bonzo '. Ender's refering to the battle where he launched directly at the enemeys gate the second the battle started, froze almost a toon and was then frozen. It wasn't a battle under Salamander Army though, it was his first battle in Rat Army. the sentence should read "Everyone had learned the wrong lesson from Rosen's misuse of Ender Wiggin." Bonzo always forced Ender to come into the battle at the very end, he never had an influence over the the begining of a battle.

I don't know if other people have picked up on this, i'm brand new to the forum and i just felt i would share.

I think I noticed that last time I read through EG. Not really a huge mistake so I just sort of forgot about it.
