I really have no idea what 'Posing as People' is about but I remember in 'SotG' Bean was thinking something like "they aren't really people, only posing as people." Maybe it's completely off but there was definitely the phrase 'posing as people.'

Just...why? [Confused]

Weird. I don't remember that. But if I did it, it was deliberate - because we had already staged "Posing as People" before I wrote Giant. Therefore it could not just be a coincidence. I would have noticed it.

Yep, I noticed that one, too. I thought it a fun little nod.

I've noticed a reference to Gepetto in quite a few of his works, too. =3

It's on page 159 of SotG: "We are the real people, you are only posing as people in order to try to deprive us of what God means us to have."

Maybe whenhe says "posing as people" it means that either OSC is alluding to the aiuas ( I dont think I spelled that right)-and Bean figured it out....
