Are there any books of literary criticism on Card's works? I am trying to put together a research paper and wondering if there were any suggestions. Thanks.

Orson Scott Card: Writer of the Terrible Choice by Edith S. Tyson. Found by doing a free search in Amazon.com.

She's actually a member here. Although she hasn't posted in quite some time.

have you tried google, amazon and barnes and noble chandler? these websites offer search features, so you can look to see what books are available on a wide variety of topics. also, try your local library. all of these places specialize in the procuring, selling and knowledge of books.

Chandler, it's the only one I'm familiar with. I'd be willing to bet that there has been a master's thesis or two that has talked about his work, at least in part. Do you have access to a university library?

Hm...I'm drawing a blank on the name of the database I used to do searches in for stuff like this when I was in college. I'm sure it'll come to me later tonight, but right now I've got nothing.

"Storyteller: The Official Orson Scott Card Bibliography and Guide 2001" by Michael R. Collings and Orson Scott Card (found on Barnes & Noble website); "Orson Scott Card: Architect of Alternate Worlds" by Edward Willet (found on B&N); "In the Image of God: Theme, Characterization, and Landscape in the Fiction of Orson Scott Card" by Michael R. Collings (found on B&N)

thats all for now, i may look for more later if you want.

That helps. Thank you. If you discover any others, I'll be checking. Peace.
