I dont know where to post where he'll see, but when I was reading about it on wikipedia I realized that it was the city where the hegemony was situated. Then I looked in his biography and its the same place he went!

I'll make sure OSC knows! That was one of the favorite parts of his mission -- then it was a part of the Sao Paulo Mission. And now it is a mission of it's own. I hope you have great experiences there.
