Just finished Earth Afire and have enjoyed the series. I was under the impression that there would only be three books, but I keep thinking in Ender's Game that the Formics came to Earth twice. Am I remembering wrong? If they come twice, one book won't wrap it up.

I believe they only came to Earth once, but they invaded human space twice.

The 3 books in the First formic war series is only about the FIRST formic war. The second formic war will be a whole new series.
