It's actually quite singable. This is the way the translit is annotated (capital letters are beats one and three):

IDH-a-TA fa-DEE L-a-NAM
MA-(aaaaa)-JDOUN! MAJ-doun FIL-a'A'-LEE!
MA-JDOUN! MAJ-doun FIL-a-'A-LEE!
