Here is the challenge. I live in Europe. I am a US Citizen. I vote (only in national elections) through Wisconsin. One election year I wasted my vote because I waited for a miracle candidate to appear and it never happened.

I really want to vote this time because I really feel I need too. Unfortunately, I do not know a good resource to study each candidate and their particulars *without* all kinds of political gumbo and prejudgements.

Where can I find information about these candidates that is just the facts and only the facts with no editorializing?

It is getting harder and harder to absentee vote because of all the media prejudice. I hope you can help.
Thanks
Jana

The League of Women Voters' Democracy Net is probably the most objective, or at least where the biases are most balanced out.

And the Center for Responsive Politics is good for finding out about who's paying to finance campaigns, and how much cooperation they are getting in return.
