I've never had the opportunity to eat horse. Does anybody know of a resturaunt in Utah Valley that serves horse flesh?

I had it once in France... I think you'd be hard-pressed to find it in the states, though. I think there are even laws against slaughter or sale of horse meat. But if I were you I'd check the carnicerias.

Ew...how can you eat your mode of transportation? City bus stew, anyone?

I could easily do it because 1) to me horses are *not* transportation -- they are critters and 2) I have no more love for horses than for cows and chickens. I'd eat dog if anybody offered it to me.

I don't use horses for transportation either. No one does around here. But I don't drive a car or own a bike either.
