No, I'm looking, which is why I said, about 2 weeks. If I find another job within the next few days, I will give my two weeks notice at my current job.

Ha ha! I have a job and you don't!

Actually, I got this job (just about the last technical job in the state!) by the skin of my teeth. I'm really excited, but I know the no-job woes. I was in your shoes a week ago and it really sucks.

Just keep at it, and don't let your standards slip unless you really have to.

I really ought to find a responsible employer that is offering more than temporary work...that won't let me go a fortnight short of three months...actually...at this point I guess that wouldn't matter, in fact if it lasts that long I'll be very happy
