I don't know how accurate that could be... I know of people who just rate everyone 1 on that site.

So it would seem, FarmGirl, so it would seem. [Smile]

It may seem counterintuitive that men named with the smaller-sounding front vowel are rated as more attractive.
So you're saying that you're, uh, smaller?

They supposedly account for people's rating styles. So if someone consistently rates people low (or high) their votes start counting less in that direction. Still, using hotornot.com as a data source for a scientific study is a little dubious.

That said, is the 'i' in Mike a front-vowel or a back-vowel? [Smile]

I can't tell. (Cause that would require thinking and all.) Is "Tatiana" good or bad?

Posted by Noemon (Member # 1115) on :

FarmGirl--they told you to say that, didn't they? [Angst]

You know, somehow this whole subject is calling to mind the Woody Words Monty Python sketch.

Should I change my name to Nat? I've known a Nat before.

Posted by Da_Goat (Member # 5529) on :

I always thought "Nat" was short for "Natalie"...
