I had a wisdom tooth pulled out monday. Painfull, of course even if with the painkillers it was bearable. But today my stomach is on strike, he cannot keep them anymore... Advice, anyone ?

Ugh, I hated when I got my wisdom teeth out... I know what you mean. Um... What to do about it? I'd try putting ice on it to numb it for a while, though, that's just what I'd do.

If your head offendeth you, cut it off I frequently have this thought during head colds, earaches etc.

All I could eat the first two days after my extraction was pudding and yogurt.

Is it possible to smash up the pills and put them in a soft food? Though I got the impression that your stomach is the problem more than the chewing. The stomach upset could actually be a result of the painkillers, if they are opiates.

The painkillers are ibuprofene and paracetamol, and yes, they are known to hurt the stomach when taken without a lot of food - point is, I can't eat a lot because of that @#~& teeth ! So I bought a thing for my stomach and things seem to get better. (at last I didn't throw up since the last 12 hours). Thanks for the advices and hugs !

Jelly!
Let's see, you're in France - could you manage a little duck rillete? (Mmmm, duck rillete. I still dream about the food I ate in Paris last year)

Jello. Pudding. Mashed potatoes. Chicken soup.
I feel for you. All of mine were severely impacted and had to be chiseled and smashed out. All at the same time.
