There is a 90% chance that two of my three roomates will be playing this at any time in the day. I'd say the TV is occupied by up to four to five hours of Madden a day, and then I have to hear about the outrageous stats someone got with whoever, whereas I'd rather like to watch the news or CSI or Arrested Development or something.

I had that problem once. Then I decided to buy a TV tuner card and hook the blasted thing up to my computer. If they wanna play, they hafta ask!

I just don't get sports video games. They come out with new versions all the time yet they still sell like crazy. Why would anyone want to play a game on a tv when they could play it in real life?

Your critical mistake is not BEING one of the 2 out of 3 roommates playing. Then it would be the others that have to listen to YOUR outrageous stats instead of watching what they want to on TV. [Smile]
