Just thought I'd post the results. I got second in the Bronze International Waltz at the BYU-Idaho Winter Dancefest...Which is pretty much the only dance I could find a partner for Yay for me.

I've heard of the Vienese Waltz, but never the Bronze International Waltz.

Done well, the Waltz is beautiful and engaging.

It's just the intro level of International Style Waltz. Vienese is international Waltz at about twice the speed or something like that.

Tango is so fun. I wanted to compete in that as well, but my partner never showed up. Argentine Tango is even cooler than International.

Yeah. I did a two-day seminar about three years ago, and it was fabulous. The studio organizes dance trips to Argentina every year... maybe someday.
