The root word is eruct.

eruct, eructed, eructing, eructs

Eruction isn't a widely accepted form of the word as of yet.

When I worked at Mobil Corporate's facilities department we would get invoices from the Todd Erection company. On the back was their old letterhead, which I think was discarded for a reason. The company name was the same, but the logo was very... striking.
