All these years I've been telling eljay to quit fidgeting, and now I find out that fidgeting might be good! But how long would it take to get used to keyboarding while walking on a treadmill at 0.7 mph? [Dont Know]

Not long at all, I betcha. And, I would be SO much more productive at work if I could get them to buy me a treadmill.

Actually from the story I read, it makes no difference if you walk or not. Leaner people just sat two and a half hours less a day. So, theoretically, you just need to learn to type standing up. [Wink]

Seriously, though. I wonder if normal fidgeting would count. You know, those people who couldn't sit still to save their lives. ::whistlesmilie:: The people on my side of the family are like that. We always have a foot that circles incessantly. But, no, probably not. I doubt foot circles really burn all that much energy. Though, after having made a concerted effort not to do that, for an extended period of time, I've noticed that the muscles on the front of my shin start to ache after a while of foot circles.

Is your office in need of a closet? [Big Grin]

I've never seen a treadmill that didn't have clothes hanging on it, except for in commercials. Have you?

KrabbyPatty's doesn't. Least, it didn't last time I went to visit.

Of course, it's in the basement, so pretty far away from most of the clothes. [Big Grin]

The ones at the gym don't either. [Taunt] [Big Grin]
