. . . when it takes a year for you to realize you've been quoted. Quite visibly.
The fanfic forum I post on regularly (although certainly not as regularly as I once did) is in the midst of award season. Last year at this time, a couple of talented fans made 2-minute "trailers" for each of the nominated Best Overall stories and Best New Authors.
I thought I had seen them all then. But either I didn't, or my memory is REALLY going . . . I was just viewing them, and one of the "reviewer quotes" is from me! *blink* *jawdrop*
*sigh* This is the trouble when you've drifted half-away from a group. *wistful*

Wow! Conratulations, I think!

Well, congratulations would have been in order if I'd been one of the five BNA nominees. (I was barely eligible, for -- literally -- half a story.)
This is more like "hey, neat!"

Hey, neat!

*frantically reaches for His big-box-o-crayons to color-everyone- ORANGE?!* and fails.
or makes a muss of hisself in derelictinidudiciousness.

*just wonders why he dreams of rivka and roast pork at the same time*

Some people's sense of humor is just hard to fallow.

Alluvion exhibits a posting style reminiscent of past member. While alluvion seems to be more coherent than fallow, I do see some similarities.

As long as his incoherencies remain of a non-offensive nature, alluvion may continue to allude effusively to I-know-not-what to his little heart's content. As far as I'm concerned, at least.
