In the article I read, he says he's going to keep working while he undergoes chemo. I hope he beats it, too. My grandpa died from lung cancer. [Frown]

Back when I was 14 I had a severe crush on Peter Jennings. Of course, the other anchors in that day were Sam Donaldson, Tom Brokaw, and McNeil. Tom Brokaw wasn't unattractive, but PJ was the best.

P.S. Maury Povitch, Willard Scott and Jessica Savitch were local newspersons in D.C. at that time

I was sad to hear this as well. I don't usually watch him (Brit Hume is more my style) but he has had a major impact on news. Hopefully his treatment will go well.
