http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=43754

If true, that's pretty outrageous and disrespects our national sovereignty.

That's a mighty big IF considering the "news"site and its sources. About the only legitimate news site that might link up with that story is Drudge -- and that's only cuz he's willing to toss a little campaign BS for the Republicans -- and those who are so addicted to Drudge for story ideas that they'll print any allegation that he's willing to endorse.
Since it ain't political season until next year, apparently even Drudge didn't touch it.

Besides, even IF it were true, what would the MexicanArmy be doing other than assisting the UScivilian's "Minuteman"Project effort to keep that section of the border free of illegal entry into the US?

I don't know how people will view the army helping the illegals, aspectre. I'm guessing that it probably won't effect people's opinions much, really. If you're for the Mexicans getting into the country illegaly, I guess you will probably just look at the army's aid as more of a good thing. Likewise, if you're against, it's more of a bad thing.

IF it were true...
...again I ask, how are the MexicanArmy's actions producing results different from those intended by the "Minuteman"Project?
Other than sparing the US taxpayer from the cost of interception&jailing&deportation?

You're being very silly. Obviously, the Minutemen's goal is to keep the overall number of illegals that get into the U.S. down. While it's true that the number at that specific section of the border goes down, as is clear from the article, they enter in at another point shown to them by the Mexican army and with their aid. So, I'm sure the Minutemen aren't too cool with that as that is not their goal.

By the way, as you know, your edit in your post previous to last kind of changed your question.

The word is clarified.
The "Minuteman"Project publicly posted the tiny border area where they would "patrol". IF the MexicanArmy were informing Mexicans that a bunch of minute-minded folk with a penchant for playing with guns are running around in that publicly announced area, how does that interfere with the "Minuteman"Project's stated goal?

Sounds like you need to have the words "actions" and "purpose" defined for you.

You might not like the way they are attempting to achieve their goals, but that doesn't mean that their goals are what you are implying they are.

As usual.

If the Mexicans have been paying any attention whatsoever to American news and politics, they're only trying to cross our border on their way to Canada anyway. So it's really not much to be concerned with.
