I had a pet rat the committed suicide. His name was Spike.
He was in a glass hamster cage and he liked to run and jump back and forth across the length of the cage.
One day, a week after I had received him as a birthday present, my relatives were all over for my tenth birthday party.
So I’m in my room, with all my cousins, around six of them, all younger than me, and we are watching the rat jump back and forth.
All of a sudden he runs, jumps, and slams his little head into the glass side on the cage. His neck snaps upon impact, and he just plops right onto the cage floor.
All my cousins start screaming and crying. Then everyone went home because all the little kids were in hysterics after watching this rat die before their eyes.

It's not actually a "test" or "quiz". It's more of a survey. And the only purpose I can determine is that it kills time and, theoretically, lets you learn some new things about your friends.
This one friend of mine used to send these to me through e-mail all the time. But after a while, they all started to look the same--there's a zillion of these out there, and most of them ask the same questions--so she stopped sending them. Been a long time since I've done one.
