I'm just bewildered that people have that strong of a reaction to the death of a rabbit. People butcher and eat rabbits every day -- you can buy them in your local grocery store, if it's a good one. It's not like he said he was going to torture the poor bunny beforehand.
Hmm. Do you think people would have the same reaction to a goldfish? I'm sure I could think of things to do with twenty-five grand. . .on the other hand, I can't imagine Squiggles would taste very good.
. . .and yes, I'm aware it's a joke, as per snopes.

i actually think the whole thing is laughable. The guy's a genius. He's made $25,000 just by saying he gonna eat a rabit. My grandfather use to raise rabits. As a kid, we used to play with the babies and help feed and water all the cages. Just as often we sat down and had a nice dinner of rabit. People are stupid. What do they think giving money to this guy will accomplish?

It would be ironic if he does not, in fact, have that much money from this endeavor, but was tapped by the IRS for an audit because, after all, he claims to have made that much money.

Not only is it a hoax (which was probably copied from other people), the money counter is also likely a hoax, since it has to be edited by hand.

I did, wondering if people even could donate, and the answer is no, they can't. So unless he is getting payed a lot for the adds on the site, or everyone is buying T-shirts from them and i have just never seen them, he doesn't have that much money from it.
