Ok, technically it's been proven that the cutest thing ever is a penguin with a little penguin backpack who gets groceries. But this is still really cute.

Sometime in May, I think, the movie corporations are releasing a documentary called March of the Penguins. They followed a clan of emperor penguins around and filmed them. It sounds cool.
Edit: I didn't even look at the link. I thought it was just a picture. I wouldn't have said any of that if I had looked at the link, I swear.

I watched that trailer, and I heard three distinct and extremely distinctive soundtrack clips culled from other movies. And I could only identify the last one, from Dragonheart. The first two are going to drive me crazy. Anyone with better ears than me?

A friend of mine and I have a plan for a flash cartoon titled "Penguin Death From Above" involving penguins, hang gliders, The Flight of the Valkyries, and the WWI German spike helmets. We're planning on making it right after our "Slashers while looking for a camp full of dumb, nubile teenagers stumble onto a hill-billy hunting party" (complete with Dueling Banjos as the creepy stalker music) one and are only hampered by our complete lack of artistic talent.

OK, two things: First, I WANNA WANNA WANNA baby penguin!
Second, It has got to be rough directing all those penguins. "Cut! Penguin Number 283! You need to stay in a straight line with the rest of the group. Let's take it from the top of the marching in line scene, Take 2! Action!"
But since they don't seem to have speaking lines, however, they probably don't get paid union scale.
