Happy birthday! Hey, I'm seriously a year and a month older than you? Weird, I thought you were older than me!

KQ - How old did you think I was?
I didn't think anyone had even tried to guess my age or form an opinion of what it is. I still think of myself as a newbie on Hatrack, unworthy of the attention of those who are seasoned veterans. Posted by Bob the Lawyer (Member # 3278) on :
I really thought that read "bring on the bras". Too bad, really.

Based on your posting and e-mail contact with you, I was thinking 23, 24.
Take that as a compliment, I usually base these things on percieved maturity.
For instance... No, I'm not going to say that, that's probably flaming. Posted by Lyrhawn (Member # 7039) on :

Well my brother is in charge of my birthday celebration, and if he has his way, bring on the bras will probably apply too. I'm not really a "Gentleman's Club" kinda guy though. I'd much prefer a birthday game of RISK or Monopoly.
Except that no one will play those games with me anymore....turns out I'm a little competitive.
Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes!!

D'you tip the board, Lyr? I don't know if he's grown out of it, but my brother used to tip the board when he was losing, with the result that no one who knew better ever wanted to play a board game with him.

Hapyy birthday. The 25th of June truly is a good day to be born.

KQ - I don't but my MUCH more competitive brother does. I just make sarcastic annoyed comments. My brother swipes all the pieces off the board and storms off leaving me to clean it all up.
I can't wait to get carded!

Happy birthday, Lyrhawn. Legal-turning everywhere today! Posted by Bob_Scopatz (Member # 1227) on :
I hoist a sparkling cider in your honor.
And now, as a traffic safety expert, I just have to warn you that you are entering your second-most dangerous driving years (after the teen "learning" years of course). Be careful. Don't do purposefully risky things (like driving drunk), and don't let your friends do it either.
I went to Gladstones 4 Fish on my 21st birthday. It's a great seafood place in Santa Monica (or is it Malibu). Anyway, somewhere on the coast in the LA area.
Fun!
Don't tap on the lobster tank of life!

I just got back home from my birthday festivities. My brother and some people from work took me to O'Toole's, an Irish bar in the downtown area of the suburb I live in.
It was a lot of fun. I didn't drive, I was way too out of it for that, and was still a little bit this morning. Had to wait a few hours until I could see straight. It was a fun night though, and I've decided that jaeger, while good, is fire water, and is thus the devil!
Thanks for all the birthday wishes folks, they are greatly appreciated!
