There are public-access terminals in the Information Center at Times Square. They give you ten minutes (they lie -- it's really less than 9), and then it's someone else's turn. If you want another ten minutes, you get back in line.

I was seriously tempted . . . but I was nice, and just logged Judas out. Of two different terminals!
