I'll be working as a courtesy clerk at Fry's grocery store. Between the new job and my current job, I'll actually have money left over after my bills are paid. [Big Grin]

This will give my the opportunity to do things I want to do, like go back to school and travel. [Cool] I start traing for the new job next week.

Congratulations!

I'm waiting to hear from the music tech teacher here... to see if I got the job as an audio recording assistant. [Smile] I hope I did!

Congrats on the new job, Derrell! I hope this doesn't take away too much from your Hatrack time! [Smile]

Thanks to one and all for the good wishes. Farmgirl, I couldn't give up Hatrack. I'm addicted. [Wink] [Big Grin] Besides, there's always sleep posting.

I'm not sure what days or hours I'll be working the new job.

I just finished my first shift at the new job. It wasn't too bad. the worst part of being a courtesy clerk for me is gathering the carts from the parking lot when it's 100 degrees outside. At least I didn't break any eggs or squish any bread

*crosses fingers*

It's even more fun when its -10 degrees; no one ever makes the effort in the winter to bring the carts the whole way back to their designated location. Oh, my days of grocery cart wrangling are far behind me.

Hmm. 100 degrees or 10 degrees. Tough choices.
Congrats, Derrell!
