Next time you see me post, I'll once again be a NYC Hatracker...though not the only one this time!
Wish me luck on the apartment search!

Hmm. Mr. Opera and I were watching something tonight (20/20?) where they compared housing values across the nation. $200,000 bought you an apartment in NYC no larger than a dorm room. Isn't that crazy? Of course, I live in a town where at least 2 places advertise "Custom Deer Processing," so maybe in NYC people pay extra to remove the hillbilly.

While I think, "Hmm. That's pretty good for $200,000" . . . *sigh*
Good luck with the move, Frisco.

You're not leaving -- you're coming!
I guess that after our Hatrack hoop-de-do in the big city, you wanted to move closer to the New York set. Good luck apartment searching!

"I'm leaving now," said Nora, "and I'm never coming back." And they didn't hear a sound except a "Tra la la!" from Jack.

Oh! I loved reading that to my baby!

That line got quoted a lot in my house growing up. We all loved Noisy Nora.
