This January I'll be joining a work crew in Biloxi, MS. It will be either the first or third week- will know later in the week. We'll be ripping out ruined houses and perhaps starting the rebuild.I am really excited to be doing this.

Probably a week. It will be either the first or third week.

I don't think I'll have free time, though. I hear the work days are about 12 hours.

Ah, oh well. I'm not sure yet when (if) I'll be there anyhow. I love Biloxi though - I'm glad you are helping to rebuild it. [Smile]

I'd like to thank you. Biloxi is my hometown. It's painful to see the pics of what is gone. I wish I could go myself but a baby makes that difficult. If it's open, go to Mary Mahoney's and have some gumbo! It's the best!

I second that, JT. Outside of south LA, gumbo isn't gumbo. I don't care where you go. It's just not.
