They're so confused (I don't think there's any profanity, but I could have missed something).
What do you guys think of this? What definition of "household" should be used to determine aid?

The other night my daughter was crying while her Mom was trying to get a bottle warmed for her. When my wife arrived with the bottle, I looked at my daughter who jabbered incoherently and told my wife, "She says you're slower than FEMA."
I laughed ... but things got real quiet after that for a while.
