My old email address got a lot of those. I'm pretty sure they started talking about creams.
One of my friends got one that said, "Your [penis] isn't just for [urinating] anymore!" Or something like that.

Not necessarily. One of my hotmail accounts has never received any spam. Of course, it is a name that a spammer is quite unlikely to think of on his own, so ymmv. I have one that is "jaeger13" and I've seen spam before that was addressed to jaeger1, jaeger2, jaeger3, etc. That is now my spammail account.
That is a great message board that really started me on researching my own faith. Everyone is willing to answer questions to anyone who asks politely.
