[Wall Bash]

I recieved for Christmas, the Glenn Gould Compilation "A state of wonder," his first and last recordings of the goldberg variations

Obviously Sony Classical Legacy Believes that anyone likely to actually listen to an album of Glenn Gould must be so hyperintelligent that his tiny homo-leghume hands will have no troubly at all prying the Cd from the case. I, mere homo sapien sapien as I am, can't seem to pop the suckers out without fear of having very stupidly ruined a nice gift from my Godmother.

The cds are fitted around a circular base holder which is frankly dissapointing, in that it reaffirms my belief in the failure of man to achieve higher intelligence. Either the manufacturers were stoned when they approved this design, or I'm stoned now, and opening Cds has become a real problem for me. (I am not stoned, but I wish I were, since I can't listen to my Gould)

What to do?

edit: BTW apple: you go to far sir! I lke itunes and all that jazz, the service looks promising, but all this hypertechnology and you don't want to be specific about the difference between an mp3 and a song?

An Mp3 can be a song, but it doesn't have to be. I have audiobooks, podcasts, taped lectures, jamm sessions, MUSICAL PEICES, personal notes, etc on my itunes. THEY ARE NOT ALL SONGS ARRRRRRRRGG

I am so unreasonable [Grumble]
