In Italy, one must walk one's dog...3 times a day, or face a 500 euro fine. Goldfish bowls are outlawed as being cruel.

If you don't, how do they know? Do you have to check your scoop bags with the govt.? Or do they interview the dog?

Would it be OK to do all three before you leave for work in the morning? Like, you make three circuits around the piazza, then call it a day.

And goldfish bowls are not nearly as cruel as goldfish blenders.
