I am seeing some of the characters on the Hatrack web pages as symbols instead of letters of the alphabet.

For example, this page.

Anyone else having this problem?

That happens to me on older posts fairly often, usually they have been comma's.

I think it's mostly on posts that have been written in Word, but I could be wrong.

I fixed it by changing my text encoding view to Unicode (UTF-8).

I'm pretty sure that about 8-10 months ago, we switched (back) from Unicode to ISO. So posts from before that point look odd.

Looks like it might have been in October or November.
