Its like "Operation" for more mature players. Now med students can play video games and call it studying!
This particular title might make me a bit squeemish, but its why I am enthusiastic about the Wii, it creates so many new possibilities for games.

I'm not really big on the anime style of the pictures, but it does sound sort of neat.
