Government-Organized Nongovernmental Organizations

(Organized or Operated, sources differ).

NGOs are Nongovernmental Organizations are usually set up to fight for environmental rights in nations like China. GONGOs are set up by the government to argue for thier goals.

Tell me if I'm wrong, but acronyms that are also oxymorons usually don't make good government policies. [Smile]
