It seems the city has gone mad. 50 people or more are dead from random shooting and rioting in the streets. Or not so random. I'm not sure.

I just don't understand things like this. I'm sorry I can't be more descriptive, but I just can't figure it out.

(some profanity, not too bad; a few graphic images but they are quite small unless you click them)
