You know thise green tea thingies that come as a canned drink form that Im addicted to? Well I have discovereth that leaving these cans open and out for several days gives it a distinct tangy lime taste to it that I find possessively intoxicating, you guys should try it its awesome.

Actually, I was wondering if it might not be fermentation. Often sugar-rich solutions will ferment to sourness rather than alcohol.
