Online now.

So...the plot of the movie is...there's...ice. And...um, the ice is HERE.

Yeah. [Big Grin]

Ah, ice. Man's oldest nemesis...

That's why the Canadians make me so nervous.

Billy Connelly, reprising Brent Spiner's role in Independance Day - or at least sharing stylists...

I can't believe I could hear an electric guitar playing during an X-Files preview.

Was it ice or eyes? In the beginning I thought he was talking about eyes. Though by the end they seemed to have both.

It looks like they are going more for an ESP/supernatural story, which I think is cool. I mean, uh, interesting.

To be fair, Billy Connelly has looked like that for a while.

You know, despite all my hating on the last few seasons, I might go see this movie if they hadn't killed the Lone Gunmen.

The Lone Gunmen are dead? I thought they had their own show. Oh.

Posted by ketchupqueen (Member # 6877) on :

They did. Then they died.

I thought the one with the beard was cute.

Do you mean they literally died? Because I definitely don't remember that.

The Lone Gunmen are dead.

They died saving the world. Kinda. Their little friends were seconds too late to save them.

(Episode 9x15, "Jump the Shark.")

Scully giving away her son to random strangers was pretty stupid, too.

I would love it if, at the beginning of this movie, the Lone Gunmen stepped out of the shower, the whole of seasons 8 & 9 turned out
to have been Cancer Man's chemo induced dream, and nobody mentioned anything about it, ever again.

That would so rock.

And yeah, Scully giving William up was dumb.

I'd like that

I just looked it up on Wikipedia. It does sound vaguely familiar now. To be honest, I don't remember much from the last few seasons. I think I'd finally given up caring.
