Working, watching, hoping for such a day here.

Oh, but wait, perhaps same gender marriage is ALREADY LEGAL in most U.S. states and is recognized federally ! (In spite of DOMA)

If there is not a clear biological definition of gender (ie XY just doesn't cut it sometimes),

Unfortunately, too many people think they know how others should live their own lives. Even if they don't fit into a convenient box.
