Hey any and all western South Carolina travelers, if you didn't get the memo (and most of us didn't prior to the release on the news or seeing a sign on the side of the road), I-385 North is closing for 15 miles as of 1/4/2010 and it could be August before it reopens. The official work around is to take 26 to Spartanburg and then 85 south to Greenville.
