It isn't. MD5 is a non-reversible hash. They're just storing a bunch of inputs and their MD5s, then returning the inputs that match any MD5 you put in.
Unsurprisingly, there's only one input in the database for this particular MD5.

I don't know anything about the code, but their graphic designer should be fired. That eagle looks stupid.
