Is anyone else having trouble opening the epub and mobi files after having them emailed to you from the My Account page? I sent a report in through the "Write to Us" link last week but haven't gotten any response.

On my nook simple touch (software version 1.1.5), trying to open the epub, I get: "Sorry, cannot open this book"

In Calibre 0.9.43, trying to open the mobi, I get: "Unknown book type: '\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00\x00'"

In Calibre, trying to open the epub, I get: "Not a ZIP file"

I was able to get the file open in Calibre.

Thanks for the reply, Scott.

Since it worked for you, I started looking for problems on my end. It turns out that for whatever reason, getting my gmail through Outlook is what caused the problem. Going directly to gmail's site and downloading it from there works fine.

Hope this thread helps anyone else that has the same problem...
