So, I just got done reading the latest "On The Fly," and was sort of hoping that OSC would change his mind ( ) again. He said that he turned down the offer to do both Ender's Shadow and Speaker for the Dead as audioplays. While I totally understand the reasoning behind not doing Speaker for the Dead (though I know many fans of the series who would adore a dramatized treatment of the book), since Ender's Shadow is my favorite of the series, I would jump at hearing it or its sequels, or even Ender in Exile, as audioplays.
Whether or not any more audioplays are made, I'm very glad that the original production seems to have been successful enough to merit the request! It certainly deserves it.

I would also love those audio plays, but I have no idea how well the Ender's Game one did, and whether it warrants follow up efforts. But it was wonderful to listen to.
