I am only online because I stopped playing Civilization II and so now I have nothing to do with the hours I used to spend colonizing and conquering the world.

It makes the boards more exciting if OSC might respond to one of your postings. It made me come out of lurkdom and register. [Big Grin]

This is what my wife keeps telling me, but that, of course, is just crazy talk.

You know, I keep reading this thread title in the "Church" context, and it cracks me up. [Laugh]

Does this mean in the next forward instead of seeing something like, "I would like to also thank Sid Mier for Civilaztion 2 to keep me away from accually getting any work done" (I only have a vague memory of reading something in there, so I'm really only paraphrasing my memory), we'll now see, "This would have come out much sooner, but the people of hatrack kept distracting me, so you know who you are, you have only yourselves to blame"

You're probably just joking, but did you know that the age of the average gamer is 28 and rising?! The kids who were playing Super Mario on NES 20 years ago have grown up, and most are still playing video games. But just like Japanese anime, it still has that "for kids only" stigma.

Now back to your regularly scheduled thread.
