So was thinking of getting the complete (bound) graphic novels for both Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow. But from what I have been able to tell, both from Amazon, as well as from seeing the actual stand alone issues, is that these graphic novels are incomplete, right?
For example, the Ender's Game stand alone issues end with the 5th one being about the end of Battle School. Similarly, the last Ender's Shadow issue (5 of 5) ends with Bean still in Battle school, I think.
Did they cut the stories into halves? What will the remaining parts of the stories be called? Any chance they will be out soon or will be bound together to create an omnibus edition?

Yes, they did cut the stories in half. See here for a long-ish discussion (includes a spoiler regarding a minor plot twist in "Shadow" that doesn't occur in the novels).
