So, I received my first signed copy of an OSC book (Xenocide) my freshman year of high school from a friend who went to a signing at BYU.
I was baffled at the time by the inscription that OSC had put in the book: Did you wash your hands? I originally thought that maybe my friend had told him that I had read Ender's Game a couple of dozen times and this was in reference to the little stickers that they used to put in library books that told you to wash your hand.
Well, when I finally went to a signing of my own I asked him about it and he told me he signs the same thing in every copy of each title and that the hand washing reference was about the OCD "godspoken" on Path. I just didn't make the connection.
Since then I've had several other books signed but what I want to have is a list of what is signed in each of his books. I'm not home so I can't contribute what is in Treasure Box and Magic Street (and possibly a couple of others) but I will do so when I get back to the states on Friday. So, anyone that has a signed book on hand post what is written inside. It would also be interesting to know if he ever changes what he writes.

I will contribute a signing that probably no one else will be able to. I have a signed copy of a Spanish version of Ender's Game. I just happened to have looked at it tonight. It says:
"Amigo de Ender"
Hope that helps :-)

I'm the guy who came up with the last chapter of Shadow of the Giant, so mine just says "Thanks for the help!" with the date and signature. My brother has a signed hardcover copy of First Meetings and that doesn't have a specific note either.
I'd be interested to see your list though.

Pretty sure no one else has my Xenocide autograph.
But I have several others that I think are the "standards":
Magic Street: "A streetmap of fairyland" Hatrack River: "A fellow taleswapper" Alvin Wandering: "Don't get eaten by a bear!"

It was the first time I met him in person, after we had been exchanging email for a year or so. It says "Good to meet a good friend."
Upon consideration, there may well be other people with that particular inscription in their Xenocide.

My signed copy of Ender's Game says "A survival guide for geniuses." I also have a signed copy of one of his writing guides (that I'm forgetting the title of right now, I think it's Character & Perspective or something similar) says "May all your characters have immortal souls."

Mine is pretty much the same, but it was for spotting a continuity error.

Several of my children live in areas where OSC frequently speaks and has signings. They will usually buy me copy of whatever new book is being promoted when they go to the signings. OSC had been corresponding with my son prior to a signing in 2003 or so, so my copy of First Meetings is more personalized than some.
My daughter who lives near Provo would never presume to ask for a special inscription, so my copy of Empire just says "Can't we all just get along?"
My copy of Alvin Journeyman says "Don't get eaten by a bear", like rivka's.
I can't really remember any of the other inscriptions on my books off the top of my head. Maybe I'll check when I get home.

My favorite is still my copy of Heartfire I had lent to my sister: "To Michael -- Maureen waited in line for 4 hours to get this signed for you!"

A few more. I think these are all stock phrases for personalized books.
An Open Book - "Small rhymes..." Doorways - "Merrily..."
My Posing as People isn't personalized and neither is Enchantment. I purchased PaP on the site here, but personalization wasn't an option. Enchantment I picked up at Barnes and Noble when I lived there. I missed the signing but they still had autographed copies on hand.
I thought I had other signed items, but they're eluding me at the moment.
I wonder what book of his OSC signs the least. My guess would be Stone Tablets because of its rarity. Most everything else has received a wide release and most of his earlier works have also been rereleased recently. ST seems the most niche-like of his non-fiction books.
