I just picked it up from the nearby Borders. It's sitting on my desk, tempting me with its promises of delicious lies. I know I've already read them-- but now, I get to hold them. I get to steal away with them to my room and savor them sans computer.
My favorite story is James Maxey's To Know All Things in Heaven and in Earth. I also really enjoyed Cheater.
(If anyone has any questions about Eviction Notice, I'd be happy to answer.)

You know... I've never really been interested in IGMS because for some reason, most short stories (at least those NOT by Mr. Card) are simply not that "fun" to me - I have a very hard time getting into them. However, I'm thinking of buying this book because if I do, I can read it in pieces at a time. Is it all of the IGMS issues put together, or is it just a selection from each one?

It is only a selection of stories. There is also some great art to go along with the great stories.

It's something that the speculative fiction field has been struggling with-- how do we make short fiction lucrative (or at least, beloved) again?
IGMS does fairly well on this score by publishing stories that are accessible to a wider audience than any of the other biggies-- Asmiov's, F&SF, Analog, and Strange Horizons.
