Did anyone have to read that title 5 times to get the meaning straight? Talk about bad syntax.

I think I only had to read that title four times before it all fell into place. Syntactically it's perfectly well-formed, but in writing it's pretty hard to parse because the verb in the subordinate clause could be read as a noun, while one of the nouns could be read as a verb.

Agreed, horrible writing. I even tried to find out if the site was British or American, but naturally I couldn't (it is too poorly written and organized).
