Hi I just recently became a OSC fan and found this site. I ordered a few things - books and bookplates - from the Hatrack Store on April 1 - paid for it right away - but I never received an e mail confirmation. I have sent about EIGHT e mails asking if the order was received and expected delivery BUT NEVER GOT ANY ANSWERS. Not one answer to 8 e mails? Is this typical? Should I cancel my order? Sorry to introduce myself this way but I wasnt sure what else to do....

Are all of the items listed on this site still available for purchase? Some of them are things I recall being of a limited variety, but they're still listed for sale. If some of these are still available, I may be tempted to make a purchase as well in the near future.

Hi NewFan,

I just inquired and our system does not send out confirmation emails. Sorry about that. Anything you ordered this month has not been sent out yet if it included any books to be signed because OSC has not been home to sign them. Hopefully that can happen soon. But he's also in the middle of finishing a book for a deadline, so we'll see how quickly that can happen once he's back in town.

Your email has probably not been answered because we only have a staff of 2 and 50% of that staff has been out sick in recent weeks.

If they don't come quickly enough, I guess you can cancel your order. I hope you'll hang in there and realize we aren't Amazon with a big staff.

Steve -- everything listed at the store is still available. I checked on that too.

Kacard - I understand now why there were some delays and very much appreciate the info - thanks. I did get an e mail response this morning and no, I wont be cancelling 'cause I am very much looking forward to the books. Thanks again!

I imagine it's the sequel to The Lost Gate. If I had to take a stab.
