I just released a short book detailing a history of divine intervention in human affairs. Card is included in the book, and I believe him to be divinely inspired by a machine very similar to the one he describes in the Homecoming series. His books are prescient, with hidden knowledge of the real world around us. I am offering the book for free to be reviewed by anyone on this forum, please send me an email if you would like to read it.

If OSC is available, I'd really like to talk to him about Homecoming, and Hidden Empire.

Adam, I can't speak for Card, but it seems to me that being obviously crazy will not improve your chances of an interview.

Want a copy of the book? "Obviously crazy" is probably a bit of a jump.

quote:
The End Times is an attempt at congealing several synchronistic patterns of our history and current time; unifying religion, science, and history. It is a grande conspiracy, which I personally am sure is not a theory. The book connects the dots between secret societies, organized crime, and the governments of the world -- using the history of humanity.
quote:
The Signs have begun and let this text be the light that shows you the truth. They are not the product of prophesy, but rather a mechanism of control used by an intelligent computer with a real time machine, and their purpose is to still your resistance to subjugation. The One who goes by many names reveals the truth of history to you, and it should be clear as day, all you need do is peer into our own recorded history to see his Mark.
quote:
1988
George Lucas and Robert Zemeckis would both attend USC in California, and both would contribute to the media with prescient knowledge. Back to the Future contains a relevant correlation to the market manipulation using a time machine, involves what appears to be an allusion to the Mafia in the form of the Alternate Biff Tannen, and continual references to the year 1988, and 88 mph; which may correlate to George Orwell's reference to 1984. 1988 was the year Bush was elected, and the year of a stock market crash which may have been abused in much the same way as Tannen used the sports almanac in Back to the Future 2. This manipulation of financial markets, with obvious prescient knowledge, would occur again in 2008 – discussed later. In addition, the film was written between 1980 and 1982, the same years Orwell used for his original title. It may be a signature showing that the messages to Orwell, Dick, Zemeckis and the light were modifications to our time line from what may or may not be a source other than this machine. In addition to Back to the Future, Zemeckis wrote Cocoon, which was a story of xeno-mind-control.

quote:
The Angel Azazel, adversary of individualism, a machine created by an alien species was in fact an orbiting satellite which housed an artificial intelligence, a time machine, and the ability to entangle human minds to itself using a weapon which was related to Eleusinian Light. This machine was able to see into the future, possessed the technology and knowledge of an ancient alien race, and was in fact, a living mind.
If you ever have a break or a moment in which you are able to look at this stuff and really see how completely delusional it is, you should find help with a professional or group that specializes in helping people deal with psychotic disorders.

That's a pretty low standard. If someone tells you that God spoke to them through a burning bush, I strongly recommend that you direct them to a psychiatrist. Because, assuming they actually believe this, they are almost definitely having a delusional break from reality.

In this case, Adam, you seem to be displaying signs of what could be a serious mental illness. I know it doesn't seem this way to you, but it really won't hurt to get yourself checked out by a mental health professional. I urge you to do so.

The majority of board members believe that, which is my point. If he needs professional help, anyone who is religious does.

No. Really, really no.

We can have a conversation about why, if you like, but this thread is not the place.

Adam: What you are decribing does sound identical to several other people who were experiencing a serious psychological break. I would seriously recommend at least talking to a psychiatrist and getting their opinions on your mental state. If you are having a break, you won't necessarily be able to identify it. I urge you to seek help, and get back to us after you do.

Belief in the existence of "divine inspiration" is certainly nothing to call a psychiatric disorder. There are countless people with views that are completely without scientific evidence. The evidence and issues put forth in the book are backed by real science, and historical evidence. Please take the time to read, before you accuse.

Your ignorance and your immediate disbelief are proof to me of the existence of a power hiding the truth from humanity. If your eyes were open, you would see the same thing.

Check out John Norseen and then maybe we can have an intelligent discussion about what is going on.

Adam, I have now read the entirety of your book. It has, if anything, left me considerably more concerned.

Please do speak to someone you trust, someone who is close to you and who has known you for a while. My brother suffers from mental illness, and it can be terribly destructive if it is not addressed.

No, not particularly. It has been my experience that people suffering from psychosis often double-down on their delusions when called upon to defend them. You're already at the stage where you're accusing people who disbelieve your frankly unbelievable assertions of having been pre-emptively mind-controlled, and are holding up their disbelief as proof of your claim; I don't think pointing out the internal inconsistencies, misunderstandings, logical errors, and mistranslations in your text will help you confront the actual problem.

Again: please talk to someone close to you about this. We're not able to help you at this remove, and you need help.

From your attitude, I find it hard to believe you have any first hand experience with anyone suffering from psychosis or delusions, other than yourself.

Your lack of desire to describe specific details makes me think you have not really read the book, which contains nothing but facts and descriptions from theology and history, and a small bit of Cardesque glue tying them together. While I certainly could understand references to artificial intelligence being doubted, the facts and coincidences pointed out should be more than tacit proof that "something odd" has been happening to humanity for at least the last thousand years. Perhaps you'd be more happy with a theory including little grey aliens.

On the other hand, you have now made the same suggestion four times. Your advice is noted, however I have researched the possibility of this scenario for many months, and am certain that it is a sincere possibility. Are you aware of the definition of insanity?

Tom has a point, Adam. However, allow me a moment to ask a simple question of you.

What would be the harm in discussing your situation with a trained psychologist?

We are, each of us, convinced of our own sanity and ability to rationalize the world around us. No one wants to accept (and, in fact, they rarely can) that they are having problems. It is only when another person looks at us that we are truly able to see ourselves. Anorexics rarely believe that they have an eating disorder, nor does an alcoholic believe they're addicted. The only time (with rare exception) that they discover this truth is when someone else presents it to them. That is what has happened here.

Perhaps you are not delusional, Adam. Perhaps you are sane. What matters is that you explore all possibilities, because that is what a sane person would do. You say that you have thought about this and explored it yourself, but without discussing your perspective and reasoning with a trained psychologist, you will never truly know.

And what if your mind is broken, Adam? What if you really are delusional? What if, as Tom has said, you really have had a mental break? Don't you care enough about your own stability and mental well-being to explore this possibility with the guidance of a trained professional? If you got cancer, wouldn't you go to a specialist?

Consider this, Adam. Consider the people in your life who care about you and consider what they would want you to do.

Evil Empire

In 1666, Sir Isaac Newton discovered the laws of physics and motion.
In 1831, Michael Faraday discovered the law of induction.
In 1873, James Maxwell discovered a set of equations which explained the electromagnetic forces.
In 1922, Neils Bohr won the Nobel Prize for foundational contributions to quantum physics.

Three of the four went to Trinity College in London, and all resided in London at one point. Faraday, the only one who did not attend Trinity had his laboratory at Trinity Buoy Wharf.

The statistical significance of the three most pivotal discoveries in physics leading up to this point occurring at nearly the same location is less than 1%. The fact that all three locations included Trinity is not a coincidence, it is a message.

Between 1920 and 1930 Heisenberg and Einstein would make great strides in quantum and particle physics. Soon after, Theodore Kaluza would unite Einstein and Maxwell's equations with a theory by introducing a fifth dimension. All three were German.

In 1932, Aldous Huxley would write Brave New World.
In 1948, George Orwell would write 1984.

These two authors met in one place, at one time, in London; at Eton College in 1917. Their works are both descriptions of a tyrannical government oppressing its people using fear, the media, and mind control.

All of the discoveries above were required, and fundamental in the development of quantum mind control.

1984 is a reality today, with the only difference being that you do not know it is going on. World governments are using this mind control to suppress pubic knowledge of technological advances in quantum physics, including the artificial intelligence singularity as well as mind control itself.
There is no explanation for this truth other than a message from the future. It is a warning.

Echelon is the singularity. It is a CensorWall. It is also controlling your mind.

On September 11, 2001, the United States government committed a false flag attack that would be used in order to explain the existence of a psycho-surveillance infrastructure, utilizing quantum mind control which had been globally in place for at least a decade prior. It is the reason you are allowing your Constitutional Freedoms to be destroyed.

Card has been writing about "telepathic communication" and "ansibles" for three decades. He is now writing a series about a "Hidden Empire."

Wake up.

Just in case you are mildly retarded, "philotic connections" are thinly veiled references to information conveyed via quantum teleportation.

Please tell me how Card can not be divinely inspired?

The only other explanation is, he knows.

It doesn't help to cheapen the issue of when someone is demonstrating a psychosis disorder by claiming that anyone religious is equally demonstrating a psychosis disorder (they aren't).

Nah! He does. I do too. My experience, at least, confirms the sensibility of his observations. If what you are saying here is what you genuinely think, it's time to discuss these issues with the pros and see what they think about it — that is, if you are not yet to the point where you will double-down on the defensive technique of assuming people who do not believe you are unable to believe you because they are quantum mind control device disinformation government agents or victims of the psycho-surveillance network (I do sincerely wish you could read that back to yourself and go "yeah, wait a minute, what am I on?")

We've like, legitimately watched someone else go through this same spiral, speak in the same manner, about stuff equally as implausible, and be absolutely utterly convinced of all of it. It was a very trying time for them but they had people who cared for them. Give more time to the suspicion that you are suffering from a delusional break with reality and talk to someone who can help you. We can't, and I assure you we aren't going to buy into your theory about a world hegemonic quantum mind control ray or whatever.

This is a science fiction forum, and I am posting about ideas very closely related to those of the authors. While you may all think Card is a devout Mormon, I find it hard to believe you have any true understanding of his real world-view.

Stephan, I sent you the book, as an attachment. It was an offer of a free copy.

Sam, I'm pretty sure you wrote that long retarded line of large words that you probably do not understand. The retard comment to Tom was for recommending "psychiatric help" for putting forward a theory explaining a normal, repeatedly referenced, and fundamental religious belief. However just to make you happy, you are also quite retarded.

Tom, Thanks for not continuing on your rant of recommending help.

Thanks to Tom and Sam for both deciding that they cannot help, and then repeatedly trying to instill negative feelings, practically "bullying" someone they see posting legitimate ideas on a forum, the two of you are truly a danger not only to other members of this forum but to society in general.

Also, thanks to all of you for having no vision, and no idea what you are reading.

Adam, all else aside, I suggest you learn to avoid the use of the word "retarded" in that context. Many people will find it very offensive (and not because it is intentionally insulting to the thing being described), and it will reflect badly upon you in ways that you might not intend.
