One must have a horse if one is a Texan... I reccommend these...

I couldn't help myself. Actually I'm quite surprised no one has done it already, particularly when I suddenly saw it staring me in the face.

Though, I was reading an internet article on mounted police just before...

Loved the miniature horses! LOL.

Also, this cracked me up:
quote:
- Great high-contrast colors.

- Fun to feel satin accents & crinkle wings.

- Wobbles and bobs, but stays upright.

- Removable vest with velcro closure.

- Chiming sound when rocked.

- Bob is approx. 11" tall.

AJ, those horses are adorable!

I wish I could have a miniature horse. Valentine could have a sister or brother!

Well...maybe not in the apartment. Miniature or no, I'm not sure we'd have the room.

I like dwarf minature horses better. Did you know they train them to be companion animals? (Like seeing eye dogs?) And that they are small enough, that if you get the seat in front (coach) the horse will fit nicely at your feet?

However, the reason I came in this thread was to say that my son yesterday announced that my husband was 1/3 Texan. His reasoning, to be Texan, you had to own a gun, a horse and like football. My husband likes football. [Wink]

Kayla, you're a pistol. Will that make him 2/3? [Razz]

Oh, and my husband just said the people here have too much time on their hands. (I've been telling him some of the funny things that have been said today.)

Kayla, they train them to be companions because there's nothting else you can DO with them. Can't ride em. Can only drive with small people in the cart. They're a dog that eats hay, with all the expenses and hassles of a horse, and none of the pleasures.

Ni!
