Officer Blacwolve pulled up in her squad car, and gulped at the horrific scene. The famed Orem -- one of those silly celebrities without a last name -- had been hacked to pieces. As she got out of her car, she inadvertantly stepped on one of his perfectly manicured hands.
“Oh, sorry about that, chap,” Blacwolve said aloud. “Right. On with it, then.” She left the hand in the grass and began casing the scene, taking notes as she walked.
As she passed one shubbery she felt a pair of eyes on her. Her policely instincts kicked into gear, and she pulled her revolver out.
“Come on out, you. I know you’re there,” she called nervously.
Dressed in black, with fedora and dark glasses, Zevlag emerged. His knife was still bloody. Somehow after the scene where he helped kill Orem, he’d gotten distracted with the abundant foliage, and gotten separated from his companions. One hand held his knife, the other was filled with shrubberies, so he could fill his secondary role as Roger the Shrubberer who is appearing later in the story.
At the sight of the long knife, not to mention the aggressive shrubberies, Blacwolve panicked and pulled the trigger.
The bullet ripped into Zevlag, leaving him just enough life to stab the officer a dozen times, and collapse atop her.

The understudy for the role of Roger the Shrubberer wept when he heard what happened.
“At last! My big break!”

Erik, I have a hard time defending your seemingly total randomness.
I don't believe you're mafia because Damander voted to tie with you when she was lynched, and that was far too dangerous a thing for her to do if both of you are mafia.
Do you think you could possibly offer an explaination of your vote today?

Actually, I'm not sure why you haven't lynched me yet. I've been really absent due to work. My apologies.
It would be okay if you lynched me because I've been busy as crap, but I fear that too many townies have been lynched already. I would normally give myself as a sacrificial lamb (almost to get myself out of the game), but it would be a big mistake overall.
I have no clue who to vote for, but will listen for others suggestions.

Umm... Ralphie, you just convinced me. The wrong way I'm afraid... Is any townie really willing to say "it would be a big mistake overall." to lynch them. I don't even think I'M that important. And the too many townies... We're doing well so far on the lynchings (for whatever reason). Sounds odd...
So, I'm going to vote Ralphie
This vote is subject to change, provided a good reason is given.

Ryan, was that about Patsy's write-up? If so, why do I detect a decidedly pro-mafia tone to your post?

Well, I think I'd better jump on the Bandwagon before it runs me over, and vote Ralphie. That "big mistake" thing does sound a little suspicious. I wish we could wait for a police ID, but I don't think we can really afford to wait with the whole 2 kills per night thing.

Rivka- (Since I know feel like I have to defend every statement)It's because I think she's doing the same thing as Erik. Just to save herself from getting killed. Worked with Erik, why not her?

Well, possibly because it didn't work for jamaha?
And as for this
quote: Since I know feel like I have to defend every statement
Hmm. Why is that, do you suppose?
Y'know, I was very hesitant to say anything, Ryan, because of what happened last game.
But I have to say, the more you post, the more suspicious I get. Especially since you got all defensive about your vote -- which I was not suspicious of at all! I am now!
*looks at previous days' threads* You do seem to vote rather late in the day. And you've been very quiet -- not at ALL like the last game.
I'm not going to change my vote for today -- Ralphie all but asked us to knock her off. And who am I to deny Ralphie anything?
But Ryan, you just made it to top of my list for tomorrow.

The more I think about it, the more likely I think the mafia is to kill me off tonight.
So let me say this loudly and clearly.
I think Ryan is mafia! I am all but certain! I ask of all the townies a dying wish: lynch Ryan tomorrow!

Well, last time we lynched Zevlag, who was mafia -- why would a cop give his/her life to confirm we were lynching the right person?
M² did warn us that the next cop wouldn't come forward until two more mafioso had been IDed. And we lost blacwolve even though she hadn't come forward as a cop.

The police only get to ask one name a day. We have been playing for 5 days and have 4 mafia dead. The police are doing there jobs, but right now the citizens way out number the mafia.
There are other reasons why the police might be quiet which I am not at liberty to discuss for fear of letting slip who the police are. Let me say again that the police have verified at least one townie, which means our guess one day did not turn up a mafia.

Do we know if there are more than 5 mafia? I thought Patsy said part of the game included not knowing how many of what there were.
